Christian Wood has exercised his $3 million player option for the 2024-25 season with the Los Angeles Lakers. Wood signed a two-year deal with the Lakers last summer, that included a player option for next season. Wood appeared in 50 games in his first season in Los Angeles. He averaged 6.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 17.4 minutes per game off the Lakers bench.
